My Why
I first learned that I wanted to become a dietitian in Grade 10 while taking an optional foods & nutrition course, which quickly became one of my favourite subjects. From that point on, I knew that I wanted to help people with their diet and nutrition. While attending university, I became especially interested in pursuing a career in private practice.
My Superpowers
I can help clients identify challenges that prevent them from reaching their goals, and develop an individualized action-plan based on their needs and preferences. When clients are particularly hard on themselves, I also help identify their wins.
Identify what is getting in the way of your goals.
Choose steps that reflect your needs and preferences.
Recognize your progress, even when you’re hard on yourself.
Beyond the Scale
I help women choose foods that both nourish their bodies and are enjoyable.
What Clients Say
Clients express that I am very easy to talk to, empathetic, and understanding of their needs.

My areas of focus include nutrition pertaining to mental health and ADHD, plant-based diet, Type 2 Diabetes, fatty liver, cardiovascular health, and PCOS. I am fluent in English and Macedonian, and can also understand a bit of Serbian and Croatian due to similarities between Slavic languages.
